Kim M. Deegan, 63, of Eagle, Wisconsin passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 20, 2026 at her home.
Kim was born on May 22, 1962 the daughter of Ronald Hannan and Carol Lambert (nee Fromn). She grew up in the Waukesha County area. Kim was blessed with three children, Tyler, Dana and Joshua. She was a loving mother and was always sure to put her children’s needs before her own. On November 12, 1999, Kim was united in marriage to Steven Deegan in Las Vegas, Nevada and the two would go on to enjoy 26 years together. Kim and Steve made many wonderful memories together. Some of Kim’s best times were spent in Northern Wisconsin enjoying a bonfire or golf cart ride around her favorite campground with her family and close friends, Michael, LeAnn, Arlen, Blair, John, Diane, Justin and Lisa. Kim worked as a marketing manager for a senior living facility and her career brought her great joy and fulfilment. She loved to interact with her residents and brighten people’s day. For leisure, Kim enjoyed a good board game, playing Bingo, or dancing to live music. For Kim, it was the quality time spent with her loved ones that she truly cherished. She also enjoyed curling up to a good Hallmark Christmas movie (no matter the time of year), or a captivating crime show. She will be remembered for her giving and compassionate personality, her love of her family and her wonderful sense of humor. She truly had a heart of gold and will be sincerely missed by those she leaves behind.
Kim is survived by: her loving husband, Steven Deegan of Eagle; her parents, Ronald (Mary) Hannan of Chilton, and Carol Lambert of Waukesha; her dear children, Tyler Burner, Dana (Jon Elman) Burner, and Joshua (Lauren Malkowski) Deegan; her grandchildren, Dominic, Serenity, Willow, Rosalee, and Callum; and her siblings, Janet, Roxanne, Lynn (Michael), Ron (Lonna) Jr., Cindy (Jerry), Bobby (Christie) and Jessica.
